Some time ago I took over the project management for a website relaunch. Only in the course of the familiarization phase did it become clear: in addition to the concept work, partner selection (agency, briefing), server conversion, new connections (customer card, cash register systems), we needed a tight time horizon.
In the first step, I got to know all stakeholders. Impressed by the multitude of possible experts (possible combinations), my luck was perfect. The planning of a phase including implementation for Austria took place in record time. The participating stakeholders still meet with a smile today. Against all dangers, the best solution for my customer was always in sight.
