The Creative Design Academy (CDA) has a lot of potential in its ranks again this year. For me it was a real pleasure to be able to look after the many small and large pieces of content, questions, perspectives and approaches in the context of online marketing (including SEO, SEM, social, etc.). The Wifi Burgenland is one of those educational institutions that – in my opinion – opens the way to a lot of potential with its spirit of innovation and future orientation. There are so many approaches that lead to the goal. Most of the time, success simply means that you have stuck with it and pursued your goal(s). In rain and snow, in sun and wind, you have kept clarity in your heart. Because it is the heart that makes us successful not only humanly, but also emotionally. We radiate that, we attract that. You can stand behind that. That feels right, that’s for sure.

It is all the more important to follow the path, your own path – to be aware and not to drown this awareness. In the creative industry there are many good and clear minds (to overuse the word a little). In the creative industry you are quickly seen as worthless. You can feel it, because – after all, everyone can have ideas, everyone can think. Well, everyone can write too. Write correctly and write incorrectly. My concern (emotionally) is to pass on knowledge (which sprouts from every pore due to my years of work in online marketing) to people; to explain connections that I sometimes had to work hard to understand in an understandable way, to reveal an understanding of a mystery that is known as the “digital world”. Everything has its rules, everything has its Code of Practices, sometimes it makes more sense to write a support email (relatively quickly within the first 30 minutes of the problem being identified) instead of spending hours consoling yourself with solutions that – possibly due to a lack of authorization – lead to nothing or in circles with invisible walls (lack of access).

The creative industry in Burgenland has great potential. You always carry the desire to do good with you. It is an entrepreneurial umbrella. This good work should also be remunerated. Therefore, further training and the use of new technologies make sense as a time-saving measure. Unless – of course – you always want to swim in your own pond and shy away from exchange and further development. But this should not contradict one another. What we do in the courses when presenting your own work (at least in my sessions) is also presentation training. It is always good to get involved with your body awareness (Ted Talk, Amy Cuddy -> in German Your body language influences who you are). Authenticity is the stumbling block of our time.
